Diane is the President and Owner of DMG Consultancy, Ltd.  Since starting her company nearly seven years ago, Diane has helped numerous clients reduce costs and improve revenues by emphasizing a focus on the four pillars of business;
culture, strategy, structure and leadership. 

Diane has a proven track record with over 25 years in business leadership positions with small and middle market businesses as well as large, Forturne500 global corporations.

She previously served as Vice President for two distinctly different general aviation companies that were in high-growth mode.  Her contributions at Hamilton Sundstrand and Occidental Petroleum focused on process improvement and quality initiatives.

Diane received her B.A. in Business from University of Phoenix and her MBA from University of Denver, Daniels School of Business.

In addition to her consulting work, Diane has a strong passion for education and is an adjunct faculty member at Spokane's Institute for Extended Learning.  She also works with multi-generational individuals to help them design the career path that is right for them.
